We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return must be requested within 3 days from the delivery date

  • Customer must share a parcel opening video for quality check and approval

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, you will receive your refund as:

  • Store Credit (valid for 1 months), or

  • Exchange with another product

We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
